Seems like the overall vibe of BiggerPockets/House Hackers is to do it yourself but we keep going back and forth.Pros- We will live close to our rental (30 mins) and my husband is very handy and can navigate most repairs.Cons- We have 2 little kids and don’t want to deal with all the things.Any suggestions?
