The number times that I've been scammed, or close to it, approaches 100%.The refrigerant matters because a shifty tech will sell you R22 and then next year try to upsell you to a new system using R410A, or worse, sell you a whole new R22 system knowing that prices to repair it will escalate every year.But please, tell me why a refrigerant might need to be replaced every year?

I have met the owner before and they have a tremendous reputation.These are just three that I am familiar with, there are plenty more out there, just make sure you do your research before deciding to invest with anyone.

This was a tremendous amount of income in the 1970s when I retired.

Try to come to an agreement between tenants but don't escalate the situation. 

There is one new multifamily complex (The Nolen) that I know of that is still in lease-up, but I'm wondering if anyone has any insights or opinions on what they think the local area is like: are people moving in to downtown Clearwater area, companies moving in or out/number of jobs increasing or decreasing, etc.Any insight would be tremendously helpful.Ben

The situation never should have escalated to this point but you want all involved out of your life as soon as possible
