Carlo C. RV / Tiny Home Parks in Texas

Yes, but you need to narrow it down a lot to have a coherent answer. You will have to look at (I'd recommend in this order) the city codes (if it's inside a city, many cities above 50-100k population aren't friendly to development of these), the county codes (most counties are friendly to these, but you will probably have significant issues in major counties like Bexar, Travis, Dallas, Denton, Tarrant, Harris, etc), then you will have to comply with the state-level (TCEQ and others) on the water supply and waste water treatment systems. To put it in perspective again, in say Dallas or Austin, you will likely have prohibitions or very significant hurdles on developing RV or tiny home properties even on unincorporated, "unrestricted," AG-zoned properties at both the city/municipal level and county level.

Originally posted by @Mark Brogan:i would contact an attorney in this area, it never seizes to amaze me the links the cities will go to so they can cause problems and then tell you they all about affordable housing, all they really about is taxing the heck out of homeowners and they know they cant get lots of taxes out of mobile homes so they dont like them, i dont see you losing this battle cause the homes were already in the park and in lots of cases that grandfathers them in, mayors are not lawyers and it sounds like you are in an area where they dont like parks good luckCities don't like low end MHPs because of taxs they don't like them because they tend to be eye sores and mini ghettos and take up a bunch of police fire and EMT time with that tenant base  that's why they don't like them.. has nothing to do with property tax's.
