I don't know how you are saving money when you account for your travel and time on multiple days, plus the stress caused by your upset tenant.2.

(Eg Travelling cost, cost to repair (labor,  materials).

If there is a hospital nearby this place, you could turn it into a MTR for travel nurses.

I'm starting to look at the market, and I was curious if anyone had any information on travelling nurse demand, saturation etc.Thank you!

I am based out of NYC, but am currently active in the WNC market and I travel down quite frequently so would be interested in attending in-person events as well.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, playing tennis, traveling. 

You will also need to understand how to file taxes properly, potentially in both locations, and you will probably need to travel there from time to time, most likely when you do NOT want to go there.
