I follow some of the u tube day traders for some fund and excitement they have done pretty good I have gotten great C on C returns on many of their suggestions.. of course its just play money but still % wise it gives me something else to do..

This of course will force me to charge VAT, making my "product" less attractive etc.I didn't intend to "disaggregate" with a company on purpose, but there may be a chance the tax office thinks differently...Especially if I'll have to use private money to (potentially) back-stop the negative cashflow of the LLC...Anyone any experience with being Sole trader AND having an LLC to rent out property?

If you're a flipper/trader then all that matters in a rising market is can you sell for more than you buy for.If you're an INVESTOR then buying equity is more important but it's largely irrelevant to a trader.....

If you had insider information, you could make a killing on stocks, but that's obviously illegal.There are no insider trader laws in real estate though, so 'picking' places likely to appreciate above what is 'generally' expected is possible.

I was just wondering if people are willing to share their level or education or what kind of full time job (if not real estate) that they have and their level of success with real estate. of course if you make a lot more money, its easily to play with properties, but I want to hear about the 30 year old plumbers who own and manage 30 properties on the side, etc.Personally I just graduated Washington University in St.Louis with a dual major in finance and accounting and now I'm working at wells fargo as a trader.
