This could be building something tangible, improving the community, etc.

No membership, fees, RSVP, promotions, etc.

It's not just a tax benefit; it's a mechanism to channel funds into areas that truly need revitalization, providing a win-win situation for investors and communities.On the other hand, the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) is a stalwart in promoting affordable housing.

As accountants on BP, we are not allowed to self-promote.

Personally I would not promote publically that you created an illegal duplex.

Most of these "systems" or "programs" are just rebranded and likely created by dozens of other promoters and gurus. 

All I end up finding is a bunch of get rich quick ads and platforms, 'gurus' who just want a earn a quick buck promoting videos and e-books filled with a bunch of positive affirmations and testimonials and never showcase how the process of tax lien and deeds actually work, webinars that are not informative and avoid the actual process of acquiring a tax lien or deed, and so forth.

I was planning on using that first, and then giving them my personal phone number after I identify people with motivation.So if the software is giving you an “unfair advantage,” by automatically allowing you to call more than one number at a time.However, I think you may have more issues regarding recording the call without their express permission.For me, my recommendation is to try and get a list that promotes the most motivation in the first place.
