Exterior: is the soil/ walkways graded away from the house?

He pushed it a good foot so that the water lines underneath the home have busted and a couple of the cinder blocks it stands on are askew making it unsafe for them to stay there.They have paid their rent for this month but do not have extra money for a hotel.

If you tear off the siding and find that there is significant moisture issues underneath, then you start having to replace materials not included in the siding estimate.

I removed that next, luckily finding no damage to the sub-floor underneath.

Then add that due to your having issues with almost running over tie outs and your equipment soiled by dog feces in the yard, you will have to insist that the no pets clause be complied with and any future sign of any animal will be a violation of the lease.  

He mentioned that he believes there isn't any issues with the well/septic and the house is a soiled deal.

The length of the lines vary based upon the number of bedrooms in the house and the ability of the soil to absorb water.

It maps soil conditions and adjusts fertilizer volume based on those soil conditions.

My issue is that I can not perform maintenance on my house (replacing siding and windows, also soil has built up and is touching the bottom layer of my siding).

Is that bad luck or a function of the market/soil?
