He pushed it a good foot so that the water lines underneath the home have busted and a couple of the cinder blocks it stands on are askew making it unsafe for them to stay there.They have paid their rent for this month but do not have extra money for a hotel.

Then add that due to your having issues with almost running over tie outs and your equipment soiled by dog feces in the yard, you will have to insist that the no pets clause be complied with and any future sign of any animal will be a violation of the lease.
