Some renters will have a cal king size bed.

There are not enough hotels and bed and breakfast spaces for all these people, so private bnb rentals (such as Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.) are booming in Salem.

I owned bed and breakfasts for 24 years and house hacked them living among the guests.

Also, the ADU is 3 bed/2 bath and detached from the current house.

How many beds/baths and square feet?
