My House Manual does address this issue, suggesting that guests simply unplug the fresheners if they don't like them.The other thing was 2 bowls of unwrapped soaps in a bathroom.

I like faux marble for shower surround, cheap plastic bead board fades and gets soap scummy.

Our 2 year anniversary in our current home in next month, we are ready to pull the trigger and list it and we will stand to make a huge profit from this sale.
