I would suggest putting filing of the POC in the #1 slot. 

The second time around I used a local process server ($60.00 for the first person, $30 for the second) and they got it done.Going in to court, I was super anal-retentive.

The CD was so far delayed that our time slot was up and the title agent had to go to another closing.

I know the jobs are less for a huge facility (mainly bc of server rooms, etc.), but having major brands associating themselves with your market does more than just stroke the ego, it paves the way for other large companies.

We have 8 available slots for tenant names, but the building can have approx 16-18 tenants when full.

Or are you the person that walks into that room and tries to find the person they know or talks to the bartender or server more than anyone else?

If they are still in the property after the 30 days then you will need to hire process server to go to court house file the FED then they will be served with court date and you should hire lawyer then to represent you or your company then they will have 10 days to vacate the property after you win judgement.

Generally one use at a time, with exceptions.Then the first "easy" 1 to 4 conventional mortgage slots have easier financing, lower interest, lower down payment requirements, and lower reserve requirements.Next are the harder 5-10 mortgage slots.  

If you don't have this kind of software, I would install a secure drop box/mail slot for tenants to put their money orders into.
