If I’m out of town I will get someone to place a rental sign at the place for me and I get a secondary number for my iPhone (sideline or iPlum are apps I use).

Ask yourself what happens if you do nothing and sit on the sidelines? 

I think it's more of my desire to have some skin in the game rather than playing from the side lines and being in the "analyzing" phase, although very important.

That's honestly a big portion of what keeps me on the sidelines up to this point.

There are a lot of investors sitting on the sidelines waiting for the big one to hit and they will be ready.

Last year I decided to finally make the plunge after being paralyzed by analysis for far too long...BUT those efforts were sidelined when I decided to sign a contract to open 12 units of a restaurant franchise concept in NC and SC (and yes I still have my corporate job...for now)!

I can't fault them for making some money.If it wasn't for the Fortune Builders radio add, I probably would still be sitting on the sidelines thinking about real estate instead of doing it.
