If people buy rental property under a long term buy and hold strategy and then have difficulty selling it within a few years then yes, there will be difficulty selling it, its no secret. 

Just as it is here on BP or public forums, you get some good advice and you can get some very bad advice, you have to know the difference.All the hogs get fed at the trough but the fattest hog knows how to get to the feed bin and keeps that a secret.

, and if I had some secret, system, or insider knowledge on how to make a lot of it I sure as hell am not going to share it with anyone else, even for a price, unless I've decided that I don't want to make money doing that anymore and would rather make money teaching someone else to do it.
