Kill the existing wiring and start from the box . . . the one electrician we used used to call the main lines a home run and then the branches base hits but once he had the roadmap done, it was just a matter of a few days to run the lines and connect the lights / switches / outlets.It should be simply a matter of making a few phone calls to see what the cost is to replace a service panel / weatherhead and then ask if they rewire older homes without tearing into walls to see who might be the one to do the work. 

What would you say is the ideal road map to getting your first deal?

So I been working on my business plan, and for me to have a road map on what I'm trying to accomplish I think it's great.

The local EDC has a lot of growth on the roadmap, even now.As for contractors, I'm hoping to find some referrals or at least get references. 

I only say investing is easy because I can do it, If I can do it anyone can.When I refer to do something, I dont mean run out and buy the first property, but lay out your road map to where you want to be and get on it.

I did write a e book for those that have never invested out of state... its a do's and don'ts I make no recommendations of companies just give you a road map so your well prepared to ask the proper questions when you go shopping...

They just haven't built a plan or road map that guides them safely there.IMO part of the reason for that is that there are so few advisers out there that really consider each clients unique situation.

What's your roadmap (sub-goals) to accomplishing that?
