I did so because at the time to purchase the property was about half the cost of renting, and there were no STR regulations in Curry County or really beyond..I recognized early that the regulations that quickly developed to restrict my BNB business in Los Angeles were likely to reach other areas and by being ahead of the curve, could own a long term vacation rental, in a land I wanted to be anyway, before there were rules that would prevent that goal. 

Majority of investors do have minimal loan restrictions of 250k and above. 

Refinance lender was ok and I'm actually using them again for a house hack but I don't think they'll be a top of my list for another BRRR refinance due to their restrictions.

Like my colleague said - there are some restrictions with trying to obtain another fha loan when you have an existing one in place.  

I actually joined the board to get the rental restrictions changed in the neighborhood.

Also, an NDA should not seek to prevent a disclosure demanded by law, for example, an NDA to prevent a person from reporting a crime which the person is legally obligated to report will not be enforceable.The scope, duration and restrictions in the NDA must be reasonable.

I love it because there are no zoning restrictions in Sequatchie county (as opposed to Hamilton), so I didn't have to seek approval for that.

I know there are quite a few restrictions in TX in general and wondering if anyone can weigh in on this.
