Electroplating property, excavated areas were backfilled with clean fill material and the site was restored with a temporary impermeable asphalt cap to prevent infiltration of stormwater.

New: Marvin Doors, Pella Doors, etc.Used: Habitat for Humanity Restore, Construction Junction-type places.

In 6 months time, I will have remodeled the house and should be able to pull back out my initial investment and restore my HELOC Line.

I’ve been inquiring about a reclamation clause since the land was not restored after 259 was built up. 

My family restored a 1912 4 square with 42 windows and I thought that was a ton!

The other areas like the east side and some parts of Fountain Square are already being restored.

I would classify each of the below items as either a betterment, adaptation, or restoration, so it would fall under the 'improvements' side of the 'repairs vs improvements' argument.
