You are now back to square one with a little residual monthly income and no 401k.

I just mind my own business and help my investors earn a good return, and wake up in the mornings when I am finished sleeping with enough passive residual income that I know all the bills are paid even if I do not get out of bed.

I recently decided that I didn't want to   follow the status quo of purchasing my first starter home but instead I would like to purchase a 2-3 unit multi family home, living in one unit and renting to other(s) out and them being able to turn it into residual income and purchasing more.  

Their website is ok, but needs work (this is not an invite to involve me, as I'm working on my own online start-up that will start giving me residual income so I can make bigger plays in the Real Estate industry).I think I'm going to eventually pursue this license sooner rather than later.

They may bring the color back original but leave lots of paint residue in the process.

In the end there isn't passive residual income you receive while not hustling and working.  

When the market is hot everyone eats even the people that are not that great at what they do because they get residual buyers and sellers in the marketplace.When market sales volume goes down and many are in a hold position then you have less sales to go around.

Start getting monthly residual while getting the continued tax write offs. 

On top of the fact that, even in a community that had a residual reputation for maybe being a little bit snake-like (thanks gurus), most people were genuinely pretty amazing and (to me) super knowledgeable about real estate. 

@Shawn Walters If you sell and have a blast making a lot of money on those sexy flips, what will you do with the money that will give you residual income?
