Any novice that has time and money to blow.. sure go ahead and re-invent the wheel.

The city is reinventing itself on a scale we have not seen since the 60s and we have seen solid appreciation over the last 6 years - to the tune of 5% to 7%.

Hi @Nestor MoralesAs someone who is also fresh to the STR market, I can tell you you need to do your market research to start and get yourself hooked up with a good agent that knows that market and area.I am currently building 2 STR Glamping sites and I can tell you that you don't want to re-invent the wheel.

Instead of reinventing the wheel, one can always go with turnkey providers.
