Hi all, I've been a reader of site for several years but figured I should finally get active.  

Turned out there was a lot of readers facing similar situations who enjoyed following my progress to become completely free in life.

All I'm doing is trying to warn the readers to beware and do their due diligence and not rely on bogus claims made by the insurance sales agents.I do know a little about life insurance, I was in the life insurance business and still keep my license active.

Speak truth at all times and let the reader/listener make the decision!

In case you did end up buying (or for future readers) I just wanted to give you a possible view from a tenant's perspective.

It is good info that pertains to your deal and is helpful for other readers, but hopefully, you don't think your thread was hijacked!  

When there is someone who doesn't know beans about what they dreamed up, claiming they are doing something plain idiotic and then other newbies who know nothing then start saying great idea, what in the ever lovin h3l; do you think other readers think?

I just wanted to take the opportunity to introduce myself as I've been an active listener and reader to the community, but greatly lagged in my contributions.
