I have a 5 unit building in SW Michigan... does anybody know of a company that will aid in submetering or RUBS outside of Kalamazoo / Grand Rapids??

I'm hoping to not only expand my network and connect with brokers and investors nationwide, but also provide value and help out where I can. 

Have a family member whose health is rapidly declining.

Plus, the rental income is covering the mortgage payments on most of them, which helps keep the cash flow balanced.Now, I'm looking to expand into the US residential real estate market.

However, the rapid rise in housing costs is dramatically impacting people who live and work in Worcester, pushing them farther west and south in search of more affordable options to buy or rent.

I am looking forward to growing in my knowledge as I expand my skills in REI.  

I am currently looking out to leverage my equity to expand.
