I heard it was because the state is not allowing insurance companies to raise prices so they are stopping new policies in the whole state. 

Yes I'm fully aware of the lead based paint addendum and its use as I mentioned in my post.

Right now I'm focusing on building up rentals in the states & doing some flips to raise more capital.

You should also be aware to make sure what was provided does or does not meet industry standards.

And yep, I was made aware a couple of years ago of that 12 person max and/or I think 4,000 sq ft limitation (or some size anyway) that requires a sprinkler system for all new construction.I don't think they're that wrong for implementing the requirement. 

Every interaction with them has raised red flags. 

Do investor relations for them,  or raise money, or underwrite.

I don’t have much capitol myself so I’m trying to find ways to raise capitol and/or make a deal that doesn’t require much capitol.
