I'm kind of in the same boat, a new wholesaler facing 2 hurdles: 1) Finding FMV without the MLS, and 2) estimating repair costs.Unfortunately there is no quick way to do it unless you have access to the MLS, however there are pieces to the puzzle that can be put together like the title companies, the appraisers, the tax records, etc.
