These people do not have the time renovate property, launch STR and run the business.

Yes, that's a problem.As this thing has gone on, I realize that "AI" cannot be taught business ethics.

This is what happen when an inexperienced landlord try to be transparent and take their business as a job.

That's the first place to start.I can tell you what to invest in and where - but you won't listen unless you really understand this business first.

I contribute that much monthly any way as my side business helps to get me where I want when I retire. 

The policy was $2200/year ($1.1M Bldg coverage and $1M Business liability coverage in this apartment LLC) and I haven't had a single claim in my past 5 year history.

The STR model is a different model and where it is at in it's business cycle, the average STR owner is not doing well.

I will take that over 200.00 a month positive cash flow :)  All the while running my Capital Partner business and funding over 120 deals a year for my hand picked clients. lThat's a nice combination.
