They will lend on stock / ETFs / Mutual Funds.

From the early days we've taught people to use our stock content as a guide... if you're looking to only do PPC, sweet... just add in your credibility and you're set.. no huge need to customize the content a lot because it will convert well out of the box.

So here are my predictions, feel free to offer up your own:1.

Testing an aggressive growth stock / fund overlaid on the best states for growth (texas/Florida).

Consider other funding alternatives, be conservative with rent predictions, and be adaptable.

Stock portfolios are down, people can't access equity in their house, and other syndications are generally not selling.  

The age of our housing stock and the capex that comes with it should also not be ignored.

Now the fed is expected to begin cutting rates and we may begin to see greater separation between bank and alt. lender rates but if the fed cuts rates slowly as predicted  there is likely still a window where alt lenders will be competitive, especially in the scenario I described. 

I'm currently not looking to buy right now and have been putting my money into index funds, stocks, Master Limited Partnerships (has tax advantages vs. stock dividends where you're taxed.

You can not do that with many other assets like stocks or gold. they are what they are.
