Many of which are savvy BP type clients who are doing updates/raising rents and then the buildings do cashflow positive even with lower down payments which produce amazing returns (at 3.5-5% down you get close to a 50%+ return a year just off mortgage paydown).

Those 7 years were cash positive, but we just weren't making enough cash flow to make it worth the trouble. 

Are they part of the pref equity position?

And it's not because of my 4 units (2 of which are vacant).With all that being said, I do appreciate your feedback the images.
