Seems like a very common occurrence.I am just going to stop typing now as I am pretty irritated.

The houses could be great, so great you don't have to do due diligence, but I'd have to do some major research into figuring out how that's possible and I'd still be irritated about paying a fee when no one else charges one (although maybe it means you get better service, I don't know).
