A lot of people have been confused about my role in wholesaling, perhaps, they are not familiar with it.

I’ve had a similar situation before and had a difficult time finding people interested in partnering.

Go check and see what others are charging.I guess I have to ask what does it offer that would make people want to stay there?

How would you like to be a tenant waiting on a repair because the owner wants 3 bids for everything and not only will that delay the repairs, but you'll have 3 people coming through your home everytime you make a maintenance request?

Typically people think FHA because it's what's thought of as the least amount down which is commonly the goal when we all get started.

It is pretty easy to keep it fully occupied but it does mean I turn away a ton of people who want a lease that doesn't quite fit my requirements.

I think it is pretty rare that people getting free space rent actually work enough to earn it. 

What other programs do other people use to get addresses to dispute these? 

I put quotes because its simple but many people make it more difficult.
