Getting my wife on board is the hard part! 

I can defend the numbers of it, the deal is beyond good numbers wide, but I can't get my wife on board. 

It was very hard to convince him that we should keep the property and generate income with it, but I managed to keep him on board for 3 years.

I have pitched the whole real estate idea and they are both on board however, they know almost nothing about real estate (which is fine) and they are both willing and committed to learning.

Check with your lender to make sure they are on board and you aren't in violation of the loan covenants.
