California or Ohio?

Looking for guidance on buying our first investment property in Southern California or in Ohio (around Columbus)  to start off with . 

I have a Portfolio in the Troy, Sidney, Piqua Ohio area.

I am looking at purchasing a duplex in Twinsburg, OH, as a primary residence. 

This is in Ohio State. 

Interested in southwest Ohio? 

This seems to be true whether it's CA, TX, AZ or OH - IN or GA.Apparently wholesaling isn't as easy as everybody thinks and are willing to pay big bucks to "learn".Obviously the decline has hit the information provider's customer base that they sell information to, and hurt their bottom line.

And for OH too :)  

OH and by the way when i put my HML on the property the Detroit flipper made his profit on that closing as well as the turnkey brokers .. 

Hi there,I was wondering if anyone has experience with using Baselane for banking for their rental properties and thoughts on it.I will be closing on my first rental property in about a week and would like any helpful input on apps such as TenantCloud, rented, turbotenant, etc.Located in NE Ohio if that is a factor.
