The original deed listed multiple owners and percentages including her 8% interest, and now myself and the other owners want to sell the property---how do we get this retitled into my account (or my name) in order to facilitate the sale?

@Jamie BanksI understand there are multiple parties: 1) displaced insurance policy holder (tenants)  2) ALE 3) The company that supplies all the furniture and install the washer and dryer. 

Multiple, billion dollar companies are investing heavy in our area, such as Intel, Google, and Amazon.

Take that and use a 3-5x multiple and then you have a better idea of its worth. 

I have the opportunity to list sell multiple acres of virgin waterfront property in Trinidad and Tobago.So I'm looking for potential investors as well.Which islands do your company typically operate?

I'm absolutely not interested in leasing fast at all and I'm extremely picky about tenants and I do things like require a large security deposit (even for section 8 renters, I have three of them and love them), don't supply appliances, take my time doing background checks and arranging multiple calls/meetings with potential tenants. 

We wanted to test out the Padsplit model and have it in our portfolio.

Just the lab test alone is $$.

I figure the upside to the rental scenario is, of course, investing in multiple properties, while a downside would be having to most likely get a conventional loan on the second house with 20+% down and proof of sufficient enough financial reserves to handle two mortgages.
