This was the deal that would put my movie making aspirations on the map...not!

The guy is looking for a income stream.

If you marry and stay with the wrong person, you sabotage your chances almost entirely.The media always highlights colorful outliers among millionaires like movie stars and business tycoons.

Kind of like that theme from the Batman movie with Bane. 

The rent is the rent.. period.I would however compensate them for the hassle....gift card to dinner, movie, amazon...whatever.How much depends on how big of a hassle they went through and how long.

It was of interest to me because I had just wrapped shooting an ultra-ultra low, no budget movie and had this wild idea that maybe I could get this theater, or another small town theater, to show my movie.

(Obviously cutting an income stream is not a good decision financially, but I really want to accelerate the process and take advantage of time)

Then I broke down my income streams to understand where all the flows were coming from.

The USGS has monitoring points for those concerned about river and stream levels, and the National Weather Service also provides graphs using data from the USGS.

One way to do this, I *think*, if the invstor is interested in having an ongoing stream of income is to have his SDIRA buy anohter property INSIDE of the SDIRA, which can THEN be sold on contract.Say his SDIRA has 100K, he buys a property with the cash in the account in the NAME OF THE ACCOUNT.
