Today while looking at a property in a questionable part of the city, I came across a house that had a security camera mounted to the top of the HVAC unit outside.

I've owned this crappy old travel trailer, a coleman popup and a pretty nice 24' motor home.

Have you thought about a wall mount?

If the bars are hard mounted to the windows and someone cannot escape from the inside you are going to be sued if there is a fire or some other situation.  

I've watched people try to raise much smaller mounts (1-2 million) and it is a very difficult task.Have you ever done such a project? 

Each room gets a thing mounted on the wall.
