The fact was she had lost her job and scared that I would go after her for the lease term , so she started making my life miserable by behaving obnoxiously, calling racial slurs, falsely accusing me to the health department that I turned down the heat ( there is only zone for my unit and hers combined) I was ecstatic when she gave a notice !

Account Closed  I think the attraction from the investor side was the ability to put small amounts into multiple deals IE 5k 10k and make 9 to 12%  and keep in mind many of them worked.. probably the majority.. however some failed miserably.. but all loans do that some do well some crater.. that's just part of loaning money to third parties.. but you knew it was over heated when a debt deal came on one of their platforms and was fully subscribed in 15 minutes.. how could anyone do proper research in 15 minutes..
