this was probably a millennial trying to get their first home... and then we have threads on why they're still renting. you guys know how to scare them away...

Perhaps some of the college-debt soaked millennials have gotten over being terrified of home ownership and are finally deciding they might want to buy a house after all, and the Govt wants to buy their vot.... errr...I mean, find a way to help them achieve the American Dream!

The market here is ridiculously hot and CO Springs has been on list after list of "most desirable places" "most popular for millennials" etc. so there's a severe shortage of affordable housing.

Millennials are approaching their 30's but many don't have enough capital to buy homes at record highs due to debt loads.

The problem is I would venture to guess that only a fraction of millennials on down (disclosure: I am in the millennial generation) have any real conceptual understanding of what socialism actually is and how its policies effect society as whole.

As a millennial, I'd say about 30% of my friends have been actively looking for a home and all are hoping for more supply in the spring. 

So I’m not trying to reinvent any wheels with real estate investing but instead find a way to take the usual return and put in the pockets of career minded millennial tradesmen.

One we replaced the tub with just a 4x4 shower base The other unit had a bigger bathroom so we put in a nice solid fiberglass Kohler tub I grabbed SOR from Lowes cheap.The tenants with the two little kids took the one with the shower stall & the Vegan millennial couple preferred the tub setup.
