A lot of newer unexperienced hosts are underwater.

But ask around your area or look up properties on AirBnB to see who the hosts are. 

I would look into some local or state-centric FB groups to see if you can find hosts who recommend someone or even a few PMs to interview.

Come to the meetups, I host two of the monthly.

I haven't had to use it in the 3 years I've hosted, but it's there in case.I stayed in an a place this summer with 2 bedrooms and 3 queen beds. 

Unfortunately there are a ton of asset protection services relying on scare tactic messaging through  social media and the internet which ultimately infiltrates real estate forums such as this leading to confusion and anxiety amongst new investors  and finally the upsell of services that are unnecessary.

Any experienced Lodgify users out there who can explain how the heck I can set up a new team member's account to allow them to monitor my guest inbox and reply to guests? Seems like something that should be easy to se...

If using co-host to help manage, do you just rotate several so you don't allow them to surpass your 100 hours?

I think they are grossly overpriced and offer coverages that most hosts don’t need.
