If you want to build up a rental portfolio and that property is cash flowing, it may not make sense to loose the cash flow if you aren't able reinvest the money into something with equal or greater cashflow.

Hi @Jameel Swinton, networking is really the best way to build up this list.

Each city has some not so good areas but for the most part the neighborhoods in Cove are better than similar ones in K-town.

My plan is to use the extra $1000 to build up a 3 - 6 month emergency fund, then build up my 401k and other investments. 

Just get into the Facebook investing groups in your area and you’ll off load a deal and build up a buyers list.
