the only thing with your statement out here on the west coast you need a cashiers check for the minimum bid before your allowed to bid... so if you have hundreds of thousands in the bank you certainly can do this.. if your trying to do the no money out of pocket make middle man fee's simply won't work on the west coast..

This is not for doxing him or slandering him.I rented a house from DJ, he was the middle man so I already know from several court documents he can't be found to be perso ally liable since he isn't on the lease or sale documents yet acted as the property management company and was my point of contact.He managed to convince me his company was very good to rent from we've only owned houses so I had to learn a lot of lessons in the 2 month time frame I stayed in thst cindemnable house.

In this case I would say that for maintenance, you would be best off paying per trip/hourly for the cost of any repairs at whatever is an average median rate for a repair man in your area.

I am NOT interested in owning any more real estate (retired here man) so I had planned on just paying my 15% long term Capital Gains tax rate and moving on to my "safe money" retirement program of MYGA's / CD's and High yield Savings account / Bonds / some Stocks.
