I have not used an agent before, and I've heard mixed things about that.My personal strategy has been to make up small business cards or flyers and then have somebody place those in the areas where my tenants are likely to be, such as local grocery stores, laundromats, restaurants, and so on.

Retain a real estate attorney or title company and I'm getting pretty much the same representation as with a buyer's agent.If anything, I see this as a threat to buyer's agents, who may well find themselves disintermediated like travel agents and neighborhood stationery stores.

And, as pointed out, disability is insurance through the social security system, it's not a giveaway that politicians like to claim to fire up that workingman ethic pitting people against each other for political gains.If I owned an ice cream store I'd certainly sell to anyone having the money, same with RE, if they qualify, they get it. :)

You have seen it for 3 years in your daily lives, when you go to the store, or buy a used car, try to buy a home, order parts for your widget company etc…So in summary, prices are here to stay and we need more homes to be built, likely catalyzed by proper incentives / less onerous regulation.

I'm a co-host for medium term rentals and I pay my employees per hour for tasks like driving from one of the homes to the store, shopping for parts, etc. so I could see where the PM gets the charges.
