@Kyle Souza A couple quick and fast tips on qualifying for multifamily loans are having enough experience in the eye's of the lender, a 1.3X DSCR (using lender underwriting..not broker's underwriting), and a net worth equal to or greater than your loan size.

Hi @Albert Aitov,For starters, i would recommend reaching out to a mortgage broker.

In your area look for a business broker and talk with them.  

I don't work in the St Louis area, but my go to for insurance during the flip phase has been a local broker in the market I work. 

If I go the broker/dealers, they only talk about projects north of $10M.

@Henry Hansen this is probably going to sound unhelpful but I get them mostly through broker relationships.

You need two years of experience under a Broker before you can break out on your own.
