I've searched for agents on my own team with a profile and uncommon names and they don't come up.Stuff like this used to bother me, but the benefits (I am Premium so $99/month) outweigh the issues.

Most people look at the price tag of these bills and that is where they negotiate and keep stuff like this as the low hanging fruit.

I am not sure that the deal can be fruitful for any type of loan until after you post some serious numbers for your project from date of purchase to date of re-sale.

There's a few of us here in the Boston community so I'd encourage you to post in the local Boston thread to get referrals for agents who can give you some market perspective in that area. 

You'll likely find it easier to deal with Arbor for agency debt than a traditional bank.

Beyond that, take a look at your local Facebook groups for agents.  

That said, with the added bonus of fruit trees & garden space you may find a like-minded longer term renter. 

Designing logos, answering customer complaints for agents you're responsible for as a broker, accounting, training, licensing, RECRUITING....I can't believe the amount of turnover, so probably 80% of your time should be/will be recruiting new agents for your brokerage....and then you have to figure out how to take care of the other million tasks in your 10-20% of the time which is important.
