I currently live in Irvine, most of my business is in LA, but in the past 15 months I've purchased and renovated three properties in Joshua Tree and run two of them as Airbnbs and one of them, a duplex, as a traditional rental property, but may convert it to vacation rental.

If they want to restrict my rights as a property owner, they will do so, but I will always find a way to exercise my rights and go to court fighting it.

At first, it was hard to get the banks to take them seriously but now they 3 banks fighting over them to get the loan.

Way too many buyers fighting over very few deals along with large institutional investors and institutional wholesalers are making it even tighter. 

That being said, I want to fight for it.
