Looking to expand my out of state portfolio to Tampa,FL. Any great advice about the area? Maybe some things to watch out for when it comes to tenants? Hows the General Realestate market in the area, would you say it’s investor friendly. I’m planning to use the BRRR strategy for the first time there. I’m still a newbie and have done some general research I just want to make sure I’m fully informed before testing the Florida market.
