I’ve taken in people with felonies and prison time as well and they’ve been excellent.

If using LVP, the snap and fit is a pain to swap in new sections.  

Remember that as a serviceman, you get excellent benefits from the VA loan that can be used to house hack and for investment properties as you can use your allotment on more than one property at a time.

I only have 1 property to managed that is going to be about 9 miles from where my primary residence will be, I agree property manager is an excellent decision but for investors with more units. 

IE: how many and where these lots would fit?
