My partner and I would be really interested in your input on the flip we are embarking on right now.  

It was something my wife and I considered when we first embarked on our journey.

Seems like my first step is to encourage my parents to embark on this path.

Can someone point me towards a resource that has helpful input on embarking into investing with you significant other?

But honestly, my best advice is to get with a real estate savvy CPA and have a conversation about what you've embarked on.  

This marks the commencement of my embarkment on a quest for knowledge about real estate investing.
