Some things to note:The lead paint laws for rentals  are very stringent in Mass, so be aware of them.Mass laws are  very tenant friendly.The rent to price ratios are likely going to be fairly unattractive, especially in the nicer eastern Mass towns.

I'm going to shift focus for a while to my hometown market here on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.

I am currently located in eastern PA but plan on having properties all along the east coast if/when things go well!

I prefer mid Western and South Eastern states to have multiple advantages.
