With that much "profit" available in the deal, if needed we could sell even in todays market, at below market and still profit.

Is my thinking correct that homes in highly appreciated areas won't benefit as much from Cost Seg.

So is it equally illegal when the large landlords drop rental prices in a building as vacancy increases and the market softens?
