The tracking says it was delivered 10 days ago.

I tracked the package to find it was not delivered and was returned to the sender.

If you are going to tell them its your home of record, make sure it looks like it. i.g. your mail is delivered there, your tax filing with the county is your home of record, or homestead exemption, etc...

There is only one time we did not close on a house we had under contract with a wholesaler - this was due to a title issue, and we received our EMD back because the seller/wholesaler ultimately could not uphold their end of the contract (inability to deliver the property).

I realized after my post that she left the drivers license # field empty and when asked to supply a photo ID so we can verify spelling of name for the credit check rerun etc.. and get license # from her as well.. he took all day to respond and left message said she found another place and no longer interested..
