Millenials are more transient, crippled with student loan debt, and skeptical of the "American dream."

Even under management you're going to have headaches a plenty and phantom line items you haven't even dreamed of. 16 sinks, 16 toilets, 16 AC units, 16 fridges, etc.

Living in Seattle and investing in real estate is a dream come true in my eyes!

If I was your age, I would put my money on a five-year cd or until I become more proficient at REI.What about lending your money, you can find out here at BP how to become a lender.I want to learn how to qualify and to use OPM to invest in Real Estate until I could buy with my own money the house of my dreams anywhere I want. 

Owning a house is part of the "American Dream" so people buy homes even if it doesn't make 100% financial sense to do so.

I am really excited about money and I would like to live out my dreams, and maybe help other people achieve theirs while I am at it!

So, in thinking about what my interests in Real Estate are - I am primarily interested in house hacking - and my dreams of being debt free, I landed on purchasing some of the BP recommended Real Estate books, reading through them by the end of this year, and attempting to purchase a duplex somewhere around May/June of 2017.

I'm 25 years old, have 3 children and have a lot of dreams and goals with a huge desire to make them come true.  

As anyone would tell you, learn as much as you can and try to surround yourself with people who share the same goals and dreams.
