Duplex Within Walking Distance to Downtown.

So I have a very unusual small business wherein I take out my pianobike (a piano and trike fusion) and busk downtown in Salt Lake City.

For a well-priced property in North Hills, downtown, Five Points, etc that will likely be on the market for under 48 hours... 5-10k is likely too low unless you are a cash buyer or go way over asking.

Right next to downtown and I feel like those properties are more expensive.

Look for big civic projects - downtown revitalization, programs for artists, and most of all lots of JOBS coming from a coalescing of a particular industry there that can support the growth and put seats in the bars restaurants and baseball field.

The area is not high  fire risk and in a large downtown.

Problem with this is I probably could not buy downtown where I want to live and meet new people.

I have a lot of land in a downtown location that different Gas Stations & Stores have offered to purchase. 

This is a 4 unit, 4 story brownstone in Downtown Jersey City, NJ.
