In one of my groups, a condo owner has received a notice from the HOA board:"Unit owners shall be responsible for painting their limited common elements (earlier defined to include interior walls, wallpaper, and flooring); provided, however, the color, materials, and design of limited common elements may not be changed without the prior written consent of all the Unit Owners."

the null values are a bug from an update. the signature is looking for "broker" or whatever you have saved..it can't find it so it displays null.https://www.techopedia.com/definition/5539/nullI typically use a local broker and roofstock.com

He was removing a radiator valve with a hand saw, the saw made a spark, the wall paper caught fire and within 5 minutes.. the fire spread in this 120 year old building. 3 apartments were damaged $170,000.
