The only “work around” is if something unintended comes up, such as a deployment, you lose your job and need to move for a new job, have triplets and need a bigger place, etc. then you can legally move before the term is up.

Not sure if there is enough capital there to deploy towards a 4plex though. 

This project was sidetracked when I was deployed in 2020 but we are back at it and hope to have the listing up for spring 2022.

So i convinced my wife while on deployment that i want more financial freedom after reading the book Rich Dad Poor Dad.i have been reading books recommended in the book and just have a few questions.1.

I am currently in the Marine Corps and on deployment overseas.

I've saved up a pretty good bit in non retirement savings and am now looking to possibly deploy those savings toward a new property.

This has left me with some capital to deploy but a very difficult market to work with (difficult state really).

In the meantime, while I'm gaining experience, we are looking to deploy/leverage the capital stored in both of the buildings to purchase additional units.

Also, I've seen a lot of active duty military members purchase properties in each area they live, rent it out to fellow military members when they are deployed or stationed elsewhere, and repeat.
